Xtremes Excel at Great Race

Xtreme trainers, Christine and Aaron Brozon, blew up the competition at the 35th Great Race in Auburn on August 12th. They completed the 4-mile canoe leg in the top 20, with a 43:34, and their team won the mixed couples 40-49 division for the traditional course. Three days before the race, Christine completed a 70-mile timed bike trial followed by a canoe trial! Proud of you guys.
Moravia personal training clients, Amy Jones, Michelle and son Jared Lyon, joined together for the short course to complete their first team triathlon. They had a blast and finished 187th out of 389 teams for the short course. Amy ran her 5K in 25:07, Michelle biked 10 miles in 39:56, and Jared kayaked 2 miles in 29:31.
